PennSuburban Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.

Annual Awards Celebration

Join us for the Chamber’s annual celebration recognizing those who have made outstanding contributions and accomplishments within the community.

This year’s event will be held at the Elmwood Park Zoo’s Canopy Gardens Hall and patio, a beautiful indoor/outdoor area and the Zoo’s premier event space.

Enjoy a variety of butlered hors d’oeuvres and appetizer stations and a cash bar while mixing and mingling with your Chamber friends and colleagues.

Butler County Community College has been awarded nearly $348,000 through a state grant aimed at expanding dual-credit opportunities for local high school students. Rep. Marci Mustello said these funds will help prepare young people for college while easing financial pressures on families.
