Rep. Brendan Boyle, a U.S. Congressman representing Pennsylvania’s 2nd district since 2015, addressed recent national and international issues in a series of posts on June 2, 2026.

In one post, Boyle commented on actions taken against a financial measure linked to the previous administration: “It’s good that we’ve forced the administration to back down from Trump’s slush fund for violent criminals, but we can’t stop until there is no pathway for this to ever happen again. Republicans should join me and my colleagues to make such a slush fund illegal.” (June 2, 2026).

On the same day, Boyle addressed Russia’s military actions in Ukraine. He wrote: “Putin’s brazen attack on the Ukrainian people cannot go unanswered, and America must provide Ukraine with what it needs to end this war. My statement on Russia’s recent attack, which killed innocent Ukrainian civilians, including children: https://t.co/SNBGcxGnJZ” (June 2, 2026).
