A Bucks County man has been indicted on multiple federal charges related to child sexual exploitation, cyberstalking, and other offenses. Mark Wills, 61, of Hulmeville, Pennsylvania, also known by several aliases including “Lorenzo Guerra,” “Alex Harrison,” “kevthompson2009,” “18kevinmcbride,” and “leonardobrickma,” faces a total of 14 counts. The indictment includes use and attempted use of an interstate commerce facility to entice minors for sexually explicit conduct, manufacture and attempted manufacture of child pornography, distribution and possession of child pornography, cyberstalking of minors, and making interstate threats.
Wills has been in federal custody since his arrest on August 12 after a criminal complaint and warrant were issued.
According to the indictment, between June 2024 and January 2025, Wills allegedly used the internet to persuade three minors under the age of 18 to engage in sexually explicit conduct and send him images. He is also accused of distributing visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit acts over the internet. At least one minor depicted was reportedly prepubescent and under the age of 12.
The indictment further states that Wills sent electronic communications with the intent to injure or harass two minors, causing or attempting to cause them substantial emotional distress. He is also alleged to have threatened one minor and her family if she did not continue producing explicit material.
“This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice. Led by United States Attorneys’ Offices and the Criminal Division’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section (CEOS), Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state, and local resources to better locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the internet, as well as to identify and rescue victims. For more information about Project Safe Childhood, please visit projectsafechildhood.gov,” according to United States Attorney David Metcalf.
If convicted on all counts, Wills could face up to life imprisonment.
The investigation involved cooperation between the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, FBI, Homeland Security Investigations, and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Nelson S.T. Thayer Jr.
“The charges and allegations contained in the indictment are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed to be innocent unless and until proven guilty in court,” said officials.
