House Committee on Agriculture Chairman Glenn “GT” Thompson announced the passage of H.R. 3633, known as the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025, in the House. The bill aims to establish clear regulations for America’s digital asset ecosystem.

Thompson stated, “Today’s bipartisan passage of the CLARITY Act marks a historic step forward in delivering clear rules of the road for America’s digital asset ecosystem.” He emphasized that the legislation aligns with President Trump’s goal to position the United States as a leader in cryptocurrency by providing necessary regulatory certainty.

The CLARITY Act seeks to foster innovation, protect consumers, and ensure that America leads in financial technology advancements.
