The Philadelphia Eagles announced on May 5 the signing of undrafted rookie linebacker Isiah King and the waiving of defensive back Tucker Large with an injury designation.

This move comes as the team continues to shape its roster ahead of the upcoming season. The addition of King, who played five years at Idaho, brings depth to the linebacker position. In his college career, King appeared in 41 games and recorded 152 total tackles. His most productive season was in 2025 when he posted 79 tackles, nine tackles for loss, and three sacks.

King earned his opportunity after attending Eagles Rookie Camp. The team said that Large, who previously played at South Dakota State and Washington State, was among the initial eight undrafted players signed by the Eagles this offseason. He also participated in Rookie Camp before being waived due to injury.

The Eagles operate as a professional American football team based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and compete in the National Football League (NFL), according to their official website. The organization has provided professional football games along with news coverage, media content, ticketing services, and fan engagement since entering the NFL in 1933.

The team’s influence extends beyond Philadelphia through its national following via games broadcasted across multiple platforms as well as merchandise sales according to their official website.
