In 2025, the FDA conducted 76 inspections across 75 veterinary companies in Pennsylvania, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

This represented the second highest number of inspections by company type in Pennsylvania, accounting for 13.1% of all FDA inspections conducted in the state that year.

Among Pennsylvania’s veterinary companies, Indigo Foods USA, LLC received the highest number of citations from the FDA in 2025.
