Six veterinary companies in Pennsylvania underwent FDA inspections in the first quarter of 2026, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

This represented the lowest count of inspections by company type conducted by the FDA in Pennsylvania, accounting for 6.1% of all inspections during that period.

Among Pennsylvania’s veterinary sector companies, Blue Rock Dairy, LLC received the highest number of FDA citations in the first quarter of 2026.

The FDA routinely inspects facilities across the nation to determine if the workplace and their products are compliant with FDA-regulated laws and regulations implemented to improve overall public health. Inspection results are then disclosed publicly.
