The United States Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania has announced that Guerdison Printus, a 27-year-old Haitian citizen, has been indicted by a federal grand jury. The charges relate to the alleged destruction of government property.

Acting United States Attorney John Gurganus stated that the indictment accuses Printus of tampering with a sprinkler on or about June 25, 2025, in York County. This action reportedly caused water damage to the office space of the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The indictment claims that the damage exceeded $1,000.

The investigation was conducted by ICE, and Assistant United States Attorney K. Wesley Mishoe is handling the prosecution.

If convicted, Printus faces a maximum penalty of 10 years imprisonment, one year of supervised release following imprisonment, a fine, and a special assessment. Sentencing will be determined by a court based on federal sentencing statutes and guidelines.

It is important to note that indictments are merely allegations. All individuals charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
