Greater Pittston Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.

Float and Feast

If you have your own kayak, jump in the river at Tunkhannock or Whites Ferry, no later than 4 from Tunkhannock or 6 from Whites Ferry, and exit at West Falls where we will pick you up upon your call, we will pick up your craft while you are dining in our restaurant. Each Thursday we offer smoked brisket or pulled pork platters in addition to our full menu. Don’t have your own craft? Call ahead to make reservations for a rental trip.
