Morgan Lewis announced on April 21 that it advised ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE in the sale of Studio71, a global media company focused on digital-first creators and brands, to Fixated LLC. The transaction includes the transfer of Studio71 GP LLC and Studio71 LP, along with all subsidiaries.

Studio71 operates one of the largest creator networks and podcast businesses in North America. The company is ranked among the top ten US podcast networks and provides services such as social media management, content distribution, production, and monetization for creators and publishers across various platforms. In fiscal year 2025, Studio71 reported revenue of approximately $288 million.

The legal team from Morgan Lewis advising ProSiebenSat.1 was led by partner Robert Dickey with support from associates Eliana Wasser and Wellington Mackey Jr., as well as a global group including partners Jann Jetter, Richard Zarin, Gene Park, Iain Wright, Florian Harder; of counsel Leslie DuPuy; and associates Clemens Dienstbier, Abbey Brimson, and Kiran Jassal.

This transaction marks another development in the evolving landscape for digital media companies as they seek new ownership structures to adapt to changing market conditions.
