NFIB announces annual economic forum with state financial leaders set for February

NFIB will host its annual economic forum in partnership with the PA Society of Tax and Accounting Professionals and the Pennsylvania Society of Enrolled Agents. The event is scheduled for February 2, 2026, at the NFIB Pennsylvania Office in Harrisburg. It is set to take place ahead of Governor Shapiro’s 2026 budget address.

Speakers include Amy Gill, Secretary for Tax Policy at the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue; Matthew Knittel, Director at the Independent Fiscal Office; and Representative Jim Struzzi, House Republican Appropriations Chair.

The forum will run from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time.

Sponsors for this year’s event are AT&T, Capital Blue Cross, Marcellus Shale Coalition, Energy Transfer, API, Commonwealth Foundation, Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, and Saxton & Stump.

In addition to the economic forum, NFIB announced that its Small Business Day is planned for May 12, 2026. More details about this event will be shared at a later date.
