Penn State Nittany Lions, ranked No. 19, will face the No. 7 Johns Hopkins Blue Jays at Panzer Stadium for their final regular season home game on April 16. The matchup is scheduled for a 6 p.m. start and will be broadcast on Big Ten Network with Jason Knapp and Abby Bosco providing commentary.

The event marks Penn State’s “White Out” game, where students have the chance to win an iPad upon entry, and the first 150 students will receive free t-shirts. All fans attending will get rally towels.

In their previous outing, Penn State lost to Northwestern with a score of 12-17 in front of a record crowd of over one thousand spectators at Panzer Stadium. Kelly MacKinney and Delaney Radin each scored three goals in that game, while Erika Ho contributed two goals and an assist.

Radin is nearing several program milestones this season, needing five more assists to break the single-season record set by Megan Smith in 1990. She currently averages just over three assists per game and has accumulated ninety points this year.

MacKinney recently earned both national and conference recognition as IWLCA and Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week after her performance against Ohio State where she scored seven goals and nine points. Goalkeeper Manning was named Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week after making fourteen saves against Ohio State, while Allen received her fifth Freshman of the Week honor from the conference office.

Looking ahead to Thursday’s contest against Johns Hopkins, several players are close to achieving career milestones: MacKinney is approaching one hundred career assists; Ho is four points away from reaching one hundred career points; Manning continues her strong play as goalkeeper with over three hundred career saves.
