Penn State cancels baseball game against UCF due to anticipated storms

Penn State announced on April 1 that its scheduled baseball game against the University of Central Florida, along with the planned Dollar Dog Night promotion, has been canceled because of expected storms.

The cancellation affects fans who had planned to attend both the game and the promotional event. The university did not provide information about a potential rescheduling of the matchup or if Dollar Dog Night will be held at a later date.

Looking ahead, Penn State’s baseball team is set to travel to Lincoln for a three-game Big Ten series from April 3-5. The series will begin Friday at 7 p.m. Eastern Time at Hawks Field at Haymarket Park, continue Saturday at 3 p.m., and conclude Sunday at 1 p.m.
