The University of Pennsylvania women’s golf team will compete in the Ivy League Women’s Golf Championship beginning Friday, Apr. 23, at the Baltusrol Golf Club’s Lower Course. The three-day event features six teams—Columbia, Dartmouth, Harvard, Penn, Princeton, and Yale—playing 18 holes each day.

This tournament is significant as Penn aims to secure its third team title after previous wins in 2010 and 2023. The championship uses a six-play, four-score format for the second consecutive year: each school fields six players per round with only the lowest four scores counting toward the team’s total.

Two seniors on Penn’s roster, Julie Shin and Bridget O’Keefe, contributed to last year’s championship win. Both earned All-Ivy honors in that event; O’Keefe received first-team recognition for her third-place finish while Shin was named to the second team after tying for tenth place. Last year Shin also tied for fifth overall and set a new program record for score at The Championship. Junior Maggie Ni was a second-team All-Ivy pick in 2024 after tying for seventh place.

The competition will be held on Baltusrol’s Lower Course in Springfield, New Jersey—a par-72 layout—with tee times starting at 10:30 a.m. each day from Friday through Sunday.

Penn’s lineup includes Julie Shin (senior), Mi Li (first-year), Maggie Ni (junior), Adrienne Ahn-Upton (first-year), Claire Lu (sophomore), and Bridget O’Keefe (senior). Updates will be available on Clippd.com as well as Penn Athletics’ social media channels.
