The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has released its maintenance schedules for the northwest region, covering Crawford, Erie, Forest, Mercer, Venango, and Warren counties for the week starting July 7, 2025. The planned work is subject to weather conditions.

Property owners near work areas can request fill dirt left over from PennDOT operations by submitting a completed M-666 packet to their local PennDOT maintenance facility. PennDOT emphasizes the importance of driving carefully in work zones. Motorists are advised to slow down, stay alert to changing conditions, avoid distractions, and heed signs and flaggers.
