Starting in 2025, small business owners in Pennsylvania are required to file an Annual Report with the Pennsylvania Department of State. The deadline for filing the report is June 30, 2026. Most small businesses will need to pay a $7 fee for the filing.

The Annual Report must contain several pieces of information, including the business name, jurisdiction of formation, registered office address, principal office address, the name of at least one governor (such as a director or partner), names and titles of principal officers if applicable, and the entity number issued by the Pennsylvania Department of State.

More details about the Annual Report requirements can be found on the Pennsylvania Department of State website.
