The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Philadelphia rose by $22,375 while total sales decreased by 44.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 1,002 homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,000 – a 29.2% increase over the $76,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,794 homes sold in Philadelphia in April 2016.
