A federal grand jury has indicted Bryce Robert Elliott, 21, of Pottsville, Pennsylvania, on charges related to the production and distribution of child pornography. The indictment alleges that between December 2024 and January 2026, Elliott produced videos involving sexual activity with a toddler and distributed them online.

United States Attorney Brian D. Miller stated that the Federal Bureau of Investigation led the investigation. Assistant United States Attorney Luisa Honora Berti is prosecuting the case.

The prosecution is part of Project Safe Childhood, an initiative launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice to address child sexual exploitation and abuse. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office: “Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state, and local resources to locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who sexually exploit children, and to identify and rescue victims.” More information about Project Safe Childhood can be found at www.usdoj.gov/psc.

If convicted on each count, Elliott faces a maximum penalty under federal law of up to 50 years in prison per count, supervised release after imprisonment, and a fine. Sentencing would be determined by a judge based on federal statutes and sentencing guidelines.

Authorities emphasized that indictments are only allegations: “All persons charged are presumed to be innocent unless and until found guilty in court.”
