Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Pennsylvania’s 1st District, recently addressed various issues in a series of tweets. Fitzpatrick, who has been in office since 2017, succeeded his brother Mike Fitzpatrick and continues to represent his constituents from his hometown of Levittown. He graduated from La Salle University and holds a JD from Pennsylvania State University, Carlisle.

On May 2, 2025, Fitzpatrick celebrated Israel’s 77th anniversary of independence, highlighting its role as a democracy in the Middle East. He expressed his unwavering support for Israel, stating, “77 years ago, Israel declared independence and lit a torch of democracy in the heart of the Middle East. Today, we honor our ally, our friend, and the values we share: freedom, resilience, and the unwavering fight to defend both. I will always stand with Israel. Am Yisrael.”

Later the same day, Fitzpatrick turned his attention towards domestic policy, specifically addressing the Head Start program. He called upon the Department of Health and Human Services as well as the White House to ensure that Bucks County’s concerns are recognized. Fitzpatrick underscored the importance of the program, mentioning, ” I’m calling on HHS and making it clear to the White House: Bucks County’s voice will be heard. Head Start isn’t a budget line—it’s a lifeline. A launchpad for our kids and a promise to our families. I’ve always fought to protect it, and I’m not backing down now. This is my”.
