Penn State Athletics announced on April 15 that several road closures and detours will affect travel to the Blue-White Practice scheduled for April 25 in the State College area. The announcement urges fans planning to attend the event to review travel information and prepare for a busy weekend.

The update is important as it helps attendees avoid delays caused by ongoing construction projects near campus. By providing advance notice, Penn State Athletics aims to ensure a smoother arrival experience for fans attending the annual practice.

Drivers using Route 322 westbound (Innovation Park/Penn State Exit) will be detoured via Interstate 99 northbound to Shiloh Road Exit 76, then back southbound to Innovation Park exit (Exit 74), or via I-99 southbound to Woodycrest-Toftrees Exit 71, then back northbound to Innovation Park exit (Exit 73). Additionally, the I-80 Exit 161 westbound off-ramp at Bellefonte is closed due to work on the I-80/I-99 interchange project. Motorists should continue instead to Exit 158 at Milesburg and take I-80 eastbound back toward Bellefonte.

Fans are encouraged by Penn State Athletics to visit the Blue-White Central webpage for complete event details. For further travel updates related specifically to April 25, information is available on the PennDot website.
