Clayton Wilson, a 25-year-old resident of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, has been indicted by a federal grand jury on six counts related to drug trafficking. The announcement was made by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
United States Attorney Brian D. Miller stated that the indictment alleges Wilson distributed crack cocaine in Franklin County on four separate dates: August 27, September 10, October 2, and October 21 of 2025. The indictment also claims that on October 23, 2025, Wilson possessed with intent to distribute crack cocaine, cocaine hydrochloride, and methamphetamine. In a separate incident on the same day, he allegedly possessed methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
The investigation was conducted by the FBI and the Pennsylvania State Police. Assistant United States Attorney Scott Ford is handling the prosecution.
This case falls under Operation Take Back America (https://www.justice.gov/dag/media/1393746/dl?inline), an initiative by the Department of Justice aimed at addressing illegal immigration and eliminating cartels and transnational criminal organizations to protect communities from violent crime.
If convicted under federal law for these offenses, Wilson faces a maximum penalty of life imprisonment, supervised release after imprisonment, and a fine. Sentencing would be determined by a judge who considers federal sentencing statutes and guidelines.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office emphasized: “Indictments and Criminal Informations are only allegations. All persons charged are presumed to be innocent unless and until found guilty in court.”
