Six members of the Penn State Nittany Lions women’s lacrosse team have earned All-Big Ten honors, according to an April 21 announcement from the Big Ten Conference.
The recognition highlights the strong performances of several players during the 2026 season. These awards are significant as they reflect both individual achievements and contributions to the team’s success in a competitive conference.
Junior attacker Delaney Radin and senior defender Maggie Driver were named to the All-Big Ten First Team. Graduate midfielder Anna Salerno was selected for the Second Team. Freshmen Rocquette Allen and Susannah O’Connell made the Big Ten All-Freshman Team, with Allen being a unanimous selection. Defender Lilly Spilker was recognized as Penn State’s Big Ten Sportsmanship Award Honoree.
Radin set a new single-season program record with 53 assists, surpassing Megan Smith’s mark from 1990 after recording four assists against Rutgers. She also tied her career-high and matched a school record with eight assists in one game against Colgate. Radin has tallied 79 points through 17 games, placing her among the top five in the Big Ten and twelfth nationally for Division I players.
Driver recorded career highs this season with 27 caused turnovers—third-best in the conference—and picked up multiple ground balls on several occasions. Salerno added another accolade to her collegiate career by earning Second Team honors following previous recognitions in other conferences; she contributed both offensively and defensively throughout this season.
Allen scored 41 goals with 22 assists, leading all freshmen in points within the conference and earning six Big Ten Freshman of the Week awards—a program record at Penn State. O’Connell started every game as a freshman defender, totaling notable statistics including fourth-most caused turnovers in the league among all players.
The Nittany Lions will begin their postseason at Ann Arbor for the Big Ten Tournament starting Wednesday, April 22, facing Michigan at noon.
