DESCRIPTION
We invite you to attend a celebration of local journalism on January 5th at noon in the 11/30 Visitors Center. At the event, Vicky Taylor of the Franklin County Free Press is being honored as she transitions into retirement. Vicky has spent five plus decades working for community newspapers in locations from the East Coast to the West Coast, plus a few places outside of the U.S.
At noon the Cumberland Valley Business Alliance will perform a ribbon cutting to recognize the new chapter for the Franklin County Free Press. Nathan Neil and his company, Neil Publishing will be taking the reigns on January 1st of 2022.
After the ribbon cutting there will be a reception with a light lunch.
