FOIA Request to Allegheny County Regarding Detailed Voter Information and Absentee Ballots Status for the 2024 General Election on September 25, 2024.

In our continued efforts to provide comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, we at Keystone Today have sent a request to Allegheny County under the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law. The request pertains to detailed information about absentee ballots, early voting, overseas voting, military voting, and other forms of voting that were conducted for the November 5th, 2024 General Election.

The specific fields requested include Voter ID, Registration Date, Date of Birth/Age, Full Name (including middle name and suffix), Registration Status and Reason, County of Registration, Precinct Details, Contact Information (Address, City, State, Phone Number and Email Address), Party Affiliation and Absentee Status.

Additionally, we have asked for information related to the ballot itself such as Ballot ID, Election Date for which the ballot was sent out, Type of Request (Absentee or Mail-In etc.), Dates related to the ballot (Request Date, Send Date and Return Date) as well as its current status (Accepted or Rejected etc.).
