Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick recently shared a series of tweets highlighting his engagements and meetings on various advocacy issues. The Pennsylvania congressman, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress since 2017, discussed topics ranging from wildlife conservation to support for individuals with Tourette Syndrome.

On March 6, 2025, Fitzpatrick tweeted about a meeting with Andrew Bowman, President and CEO of Defenders of Wildlife. In this meeting, they discussed the organization's work in protecting North America’s wildlife and ecosystems. Fitzpatrick noted that "since 1947, Defenders has led the fight to safeguard imperiled species and restore the habitats they depend".

Later that day, Fitzpatrick participated in Tourette National Advocacy Day alongside the Tourette Association of America. He expressed gratitude for hearing from individuals living with Tourette Syndrome and Tic Disorders as well as their caregivers. In his tweet, he mentioned "among these dedicated advocates is Josie".

In another engagement on March 6, Fitzpatrick met with leaders from Pennsylvania State and PA-1 Alliances of YMCAs including Kate Cohen of River Crossing YMCA and Nathan Brant of the State Alliance of Pennsylvania YMCAs. He described it as a great discussion with some incredible leaders such as Teagan Moyer, a Youth Advocate from Philadelphia. This was highlighted in his tweet: "Had a great discussion with some of the incredible leaders from the Pennsylvania State and PA-1 Alliances".
