FOIA Request to Sullivan County Regarding Public Records on October 7, 2024. Keystone Today, a media organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, has sent a request for public records under the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law.
The request specifically asks for a list of FOIA logs that were sent to Sullivan County from January 1, 2024 till October 7, 2024. The fields requested include the requester's name and organization, the content of the request, the date of the request and its completion date, as well as the status of the FOIA.
