Rep. Brendan Boyle, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress representing Pennsylvania's 2nd district since 2015, recently took to social media to express his thoughts on several legislative and political matters. Boyle replaced Allyson Schwartz in Congress and previously served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 2009 to 2015.
On March 4, 2025, Rep. Boyle announced via Twitter that he was "proud to see my commonsense, bipartisan bill with @RepFeenstra to improve foster care pass the House overwhelmingly." He emphasized that "with the right resources, we can make real improvements to foster care across the country and ensure that every child has the support they need to thrive." In another tweet posted later on March 4, Boyle addressed concerns regarding former President Trump's agenda. He stated: "We're going to hear a lot tonight about Trump's far-right agenda and his dangerous plans for our communities." Boyle assured followers that they are "not powerless to fight back" and noted internal conflicts within the Republican Party by saying, "House Republicans can't stop fighting amongst themselves — and we will use every opportunity to stand up to Trump and Musk."
