NFIB hosts annual small business day to discuss regulations and mandates

Small business owners in Pennsylvania are encouraged to attend the upcoming NFIB’s annual Small Business Day, scheduled for May 5, 2025, at the Pennsylvania State Capitol Complex. This event will provide an opportunity for owners to engage in discussions with elected officials regarding the effects of government regulations and mandates on businesses.

Attendees will have the chance to listen to speakers such as Congressman Scott Perry and Attorney General Dave Sunday, along with Pennsylvania state representatives Emily Kinkead, Kyle Mullins, Tim O’Neal, and Craig Williams. The agenda will cover pertinent topics including small business tax reform, permit reform, minimum wage legislation, and other proposed regulations and mandates.

The event will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the North Office Building, Hearing Room 3, at the Pennsylvania State Capitol Complex in Harrisburg.
