Laura is an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Counselor with St. Luke's Penn Foundation. She has 30 years of experience working in the mental health field. Her experience includes working with life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, substance abuse, depression and mood disorders, anger, work-related issues, and providing management/staff trainings.
