Last week, the 2023 PMEA Region 6 Orchestra, including students from Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, and Montgomery counties, performed an outstanding concert at Rustin High School!
To perform at this level, students had to pass multiple auditions and then audition again for the possibility of moving on to All-State. The #WCASD is so proud to share that three WCASD string students are moving on to Pennsylvania All-State. Daniel Cheng, East High School Senior, and two students from Rustin High School, sophomore violinist Vidhu Sriram and junior bassist, Addie Kelly.
Congratulations and very well done to all 11 string students from East and Rustin and the 1 wind student from Henderson who successfully auditioned for Region Orchestra
