His social media posts on December 12 and 13, 2024, highlight concerns over drone activity, calls for government action, and a community engagement event.

On December 12, Rep. Fitzpatrick advised the public to report any suspicious drone activity to the FBI. He emphasized the importance of vigilance by providing contact information for reporting: "If you observe any suspicious drone activity, report it immediately to the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324) or https://t.co/JLNTFIgYlh."

Later that day, Fitzpatrick announced he had sent an urgent letter to several federal agencies regarding unexplained drone activities. He called for immediate answers and decisive action from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). He stated: "Today, I sent an urgent letter to the DHS, FBI, and FAA calling for immediate answers and decisive action regarding the increasing reports of unexplained drone activity."

On December 13, Rep. Fitzpatrick reflected on his participation in an event with leaders from the Bucks County Bar Association (BCBA).
