The Pennsylvania Office of Small Business Advocate (OSBA) is reaching out to small business owners in the state, urging them to participate in a survey aimed at collecting data on utility services. The survey seeks insights from businesses with 250 or fewer employees that have commercial utility service in Pennsylvania.

In a statement, OSBA emphasized the significance of this initiative: “The PA Office of Small Business Advocate (OSBA) understands the importance of small businesses receiving safe, reliable, and affordable utility services, as well as the value of hearing directly from the small business community about its interactions with utilities. If you currently have commercial utility service in Pennsylvania and have 250 employees or fewer, we want to hear from you! It only takes a few minutes to complete. Help us, help YOU!”

The office aims to use the collected information to better understand and address the needs and challenges faced by small businesses regarding their utility services.
