Greg Moreland, the Pennsylvania State Director for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), recently appeared on "Behind The Headlines" with the Susquehanna Valley Center for Public Policy. During his appearance, Moreland addressed the current state of small businesses and highlighted some of the pressing challenges faced by small employers in Pennsylvania.

"We are advocating for fiscal responsibility and limited government, and so hopefully the legislators hear us across the street," Moreland stated.

The discussion comes at a time when the Pennsylvania General Assembly is considering new requirements that could impact small businesses. Among these considerations are potential increases in minimum wage and a state-mandated paid leave program. Small business owners are encouraged to communicate with legislators about how such changes might affect their operations.

The full interview with Greg Moreland can be accessed online.
