Borough of Blawnox issued the following announcement on Nov 4.

You are invited to join the Blawnox Borough Council Virtual Meeting.

Please click the link below to join the webinar:  If you have NOT used Zoom before, we recommend starting the downloading process fifteen (15) to twenty (20) earlier then the meeting.   If you have Zoom already downloaded, we recommend joining five (5) to ten (10) minutes early prior to the start of the 6:30 P.M. meeting.

Once the Zoom meeting application is downloaded, you will be asked to enter the “Webinar ID” followed by the # key.  The Webinar ID which is in bold below.   Once the ID is accepted you will be able to join the audio through your computer and/or dail-in by phone

** When clicking this web link, we recommend using Google Chrome, if you have not used the application Zoom Meeting beforehand, a download will appear in Google Chrome in the lower left-hand portion of the screen, you will need to download, run, and install this application to join the web conference, afterward you will be asked to provide your name and email address prior to joining the conference.    

Individuals using Microsoft Edge will see a prompt at the bottom center of their screen asking to “Run” “Save” or “Cancel” the download, those users will want to select the “Run” option and follow the install instructions on screen.

If you are joining us on Android or iOS (Apple) you will want to download the Zoom meeting App from either the Google Play Store, or the Apple App Store prior to opening the link above.

Please note that this broadcast will be placed online in video format after the presentation is over for later review of the pubic and is being actively recorded and moderated also while members of the community can join the session they will be unable to interact in real time and instead must submit all questions via email no later than 4:00 PM on Wednesday November 11th 2020 to be included in the agenda the email for submission will be mmcdowell@blawnox.net. Public comment emails must include your name and address or it will not be recognized.  Your name, address and topic will be added to the Agenda under public comment and will be recognized by the President.  THERE WILL BE NO RESPONSE TO YOUR COMMENTS.  Your email with your email address redacted will be added to the end of agenda for public review.
