On February 17, 2025, Fitzpatrick shared his participation in meetings at NATO Headquarters in Brussels. He stated, "In my capacity as a Member of the @natopapress, we are at @NATO Headquarters in Brussels to meet with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, and to convene with our fellow Parliament Members as an international body, to collaborate on the pressing challenges facing our alliance."

The following day, February 18, 2025, Fitzpatrick commented on Russian President Vladimir Putin's actions regarding Ukraine's elections. He remarked, "Putin is now asking for a new election in Ukraine, conducted in a specific manner that he can influence, so that he can install his puppet and accomplish that which he couldn’t militarily. Nice try, Vladimir. Try holding a free and fair election in your own country first."

Later on February 18, Fitzpatrick addressed the issue of violence against letter carriers in the United States. He highlighted this concern by stating, "The continued surge in violent attacks and robberies against letter carriers is a national crisis that demands immediate action. These hardworking individuals deserve more than our gratitude—they deserve real, enforceable protections. That's why I am leading the charge to secure…"
