The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) has endorsed Representative Mike Kelly for re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Pennsylvania's 16th Congressional District. This endorsement comes from NFIB FedPAC, the political action committee of the NFIB.

Greg Moreland, NFIB Pennsylvania State Director, praised Rep. Kelly as "an outstanding advocate in Congress for Pennsylvania’s small businesses." Moreland highlighted Kelly's efforts to make the Small Business Deduction permanent and noted his perfect voting record with the NFIB. "Rep. Kelly understands the challenges facing our members and will work to defend their best interests," he stated.

Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director, echoed this sentiment by calling Rep. Kelly "a champion for Pennsylvania’s small businesses." She emphasized his role as an original cosponsor of the Main Street Tax Certainty Act, which is a top priority for avoiding significant tax increases on small businesses.

The decisions made by NFIB FedPAC are managed through a grassroots evaluation process driven by its members. The committee is funded by voluntary contributions from NFIB members beyond their membership dues.
