Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Pennsylvania's 1st district, has been active on social media discussing various legislative and policy matters. Fitzpatrick replaced his predecessor Mike Fitzpatrick in 2017 and has a background as a former FBI Special Agent.

On February 12, 2025, Rep. Fitzpatrick highlighted his participation in the Ways and Means GOP Subcommittee on Health hearing focused on modernizing American health care. He emphasized the need for "smarter, cost-saving health policies that prioritize prevention and empower Americans to take control of their health." One solution he proposed was his PHIT Act, described as bipartisan legislation aimed at improving healthcare outcomes. The original post can be found here.

Later that day, Fitzpatrick met with Joe Dominguez, CEO of Constellation Energy Group, to discuss clean energy innovation facilitated by IRA tax credits. In this meeting with the nation’s largest producer of reliable carbon-free energy, they explored how sustainable energy solutions could benefit millions of people. The details are available here.

On February 13, 2025, Fitzpatrick announced his appointment as Chairman of the House Intelligence CIA Subcommittee. Reflecting on his experience as a former FBI Special Agent, he expressed his commitment to using intelligence to defend national security and protect freedoms. His statement can be accessed here.
