Representative Brian Fitzpatrick, who has served in the U.S. Congress representing Pennsylvania’s 1st district since 2017, has recently addressed several significant incidents in his tweets, reflecting on acts of violence both domestically and internationally.

On April 14, 2025, Fitzpatrick remarked, "Political violence has no place in America—against anyone, at any time, for any reason. What happened to @GovernorShapiro’s home was more than a crime—it was an attack on the principles that hold our democracy together." He expressed gratitude for the safety of Governor Shapiro and his family and offered thanks to responders.

In another statement on the same day, Fitzpatrick shared a tweet link without additional text at 12:27:45 UTC, directing followers to further information or commentary.

Lastly, Fitzpatrick criticized the actions of Vladimir Putin on Palm Sunday, detailing that "On Palm Sunday—a day of peace and reflection—Putin chose more bloodshed, striking a house of worship and killing over 30 innocent civilians, including children. This was not an act of war. It was a calculated act of barbaric evil." He underlined that Ukraine had agreed to a ceasefire, contrasting it with Putin's response.

Fitzpatrick, who was born in Philadelphia and is currently 49 years old, resides in Levittown. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from La Salle University, awarded in 1996, and a Juris Doctor from Pennsylvania State University, Carlisle, earned in 2001. He succeeded Mike Fitzpatrick in Congress, maintaining a presence since 2017 in representing Pennsylvania’s 1st District.
